About Me

I'm Marco Olson, a Costa Rican, pixel pushing digital designer and art director, currently living and adventuring in beautiful eastern Idaho. I've been working professionally since 2007, passionately striving to elevate the on-screen user experience, and happily sharing my knowledge along the way. I genuinely love what I do, and will regularly spend my spare time sketching, wireframing, and designing personal projects. Although I primarily consider myself a designer, I also enjoy writing clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and bringing my designs to life.

When I'm not hunched over, hyper-focusing in front of a computer screen, I love to travel and explore new places. I’m the dude carrying three cameras and a drone around, trying to capture beautiful images and memories (check out my Instagram feed below). I also play the bass guitar, and enjoy jamming with talented, like-minded musicians (listen to my current band on Spotify below).
